Modern Warfare 4 October 19, 2026 Kai Mercer
DMZ is back. Modern Warfare 4's extraction mode entered early access on October 20 for players who digitally pre-ordered the Standard or Vault Edition.
Where and what
This time DMZ is set in the Hajin Exclusion Zone, a persistent, evolving warzone. You drop in, take on missions, loot, fight AI and other squads, and try to extract with what you've found.
Things to know before you drop
- Your progress carries over. Missions, weapon levels and attachments earned in early access stay with you at launch.
- Parachutes aren't free. You have to find or craft them in the match, so don't count on a safe jump-off.
- PC requirements: DMZ needs TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot turned on. Check your BIOS before launch day.
